Went here thinking it would be great with all the good reviews and got food poisoning.

Over the top service and Great food. The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup was amazing! The portion size was so big I had extra to take home. Great prices too.

After a few days of Las Vegas fine dining, ok and maybe losing more than you should its time to venture off the strip for comfort food.You will find it here at Noodle Pot.Order yourself some beef tendon soup, beef roll, and dumplings and you'll be feeling good in no time.The price won't give you sticker shock either so your in good hands.Be careful of the dry minced pork and noodle, its laden with a subtle peppercorn burn so if that is not your cup of tea be forewarned.The beef noodle soup is satisfying and comforting all at the same time.The onion pancake is kicked up a notch with egg added to the traditional onion pancake. On the sweeter side of how I like my beef roll, but hits the spot regardless.

Nice little place, usually not too busy so service and food are quick. The drinks and fried noodles are my favorite from here, but the dumplings and noodle soups are tasty. They have tables close by but for COVID are seating people apart. I'll be back here to try some more of their menu soon.

Service is okay and the food is good. It's a little more expensive than expected.

Despite some rather negative comments, I was attracted by the photos taken by the previous reviewers and had decided to give it a try at the Noodle Pot. Genuine and comforting, the food came to the table in a jiffy — they probably have a very efficient system in the kitchen and a very capable chef. Among the customers, I saw all locals in a rather tight restaurant with about 8-10 tables: single people ordering plates covered with stewed meat or stir-fried veggies, and couples ordering their comfort food. All orders are humongous. Two thumbs up!

Loved them when they were at the place on lower Baldwin and love them now. Always a wait so be patient. It's totally worth the wait. Full bar too! In fact sit there if you don't want to wait. They will give you a pager if you want to shop the mall for a bit tho.

Edit for 2018:The noodle is wrong. Soup and meat no longer as flavourful as in the past. Customer service was decent, but food quality has degraded significantly. Very disappointed. Original review:This is hands down the best Taiwanese beef noodle in North America. Portion is generous and price is excellent. The tendon and beef brisket is so yummy. It is hidden in the massive plaza but definitely don't miss this little gem. Super highly recommended.

The soup taste from these two different broth are but a little bit too sweet. Overall, they are still good.

Close at midnight which is a bonus. Cheap eat and good quality.

Love this little hole in the wall. They definitely need more seating. It was packed when we went for lunch but a table opened up right away. Customer service and food was amazing.

We stop here every time we visit Vegas. The food is authentic and very tasty. They have excellent quality and service.

My friends highly recommended us to visit Noodle Pot when we were in Las Vegas. My friends told us they serve the best and most authentic Taiwanese dishes in LV. The decor is humble, simple and narrow-spaced with limited seats. It was really popular but the wait wasn’t too bad. The staff was busy and cool but served everything quickly. We ordered 2 side dishes, braised pork feet and beef egg roll with reasonable prices and portion. Overall the food was delicious especially the beef egg roll which was one of the best egg rolls I have ever had in the US so far.

Loved the spicy (flavorful but not too spicy) beef stew. The noodles are like udon and there is so much in flavor and plenty of ingredients. We had the dumplings as well and were some of the best that I can recall having. Ever. All in all, great eats and worth leaving the Vegas strip for.

Each noodle has different soup recipe, unique and tasty. Reminds me of my hometown. Five star for sure!

Took a late evening walk down the Chinatown area of Las Vegas. Checked out a few places and decided to eat dinner here. I've been to Asia several times in my life. I make it a point to try noodle soups everywhere. This place was shocking. Closing your eyes and taking a bite of their food was like being in Asia. One of the best Asian meals I've had anywhere. I just curse the fact that I didn't have enough time to go back, but when I do go back to Vegas, I am definitely going back here to try more. In my photos are the spicy braised pork and the simple won ton chicken noodle. I also curse myself for not trying the signature beef noodles. I told the waitress and cook how I felt. They just smiled and said thank you. I looked them in the eyes and said "you don't understand... this is GOOD..." Although not on the strip or downtown, this is worth a rental car or an Uber. And oh yeah... this meal cost me $18! I would have paid double.

Best meal I've had in Vegas. Wholesome meal produced by wonderful people.

My favorite place to eat. Try the number 1 with extra neat. You won't go wrong with it. And if you're feeling a little under the weather add a little chilli paste to clear those sinuses up. You'll feel better and thank me for it.

Hard to find a place in US that taste like original taiwan. Beef noodle is recommended. (Spicy). Not easy to find a seat but I came at non peak hours and hence ok !

Took my daughter & granddaughter , the food was great ! The service was great ! Must have gotten there at just the right time bc got a table right away , but the place filled up quick .
